Our online inventory is current and updated within a few hours of in-store sales. This credit does not apply to leather, due to the unique challenges of working with it. We can also order yardage in any colorway directly from the manufacturer at an additional cost based on the retail price. Some of Modern Fabrics' ultra-premium fabrics will require a small upcharge.

We have a fabric room in our showroom and can send you samples to review in your home. After placing your order, our team will work with you to find the perfect fabric for your space and needs. The price above includes commercial grade fabric or vinyl from our vendor, Modern Fabrics, and long-lasting high density foam. This piece will require approximately 6.5 yards of fabric or vinyl.
